About the role
As a Technical Sales Representative at Wemo Automation, you will be part of an experienced and dedicated sales team where the work is conducted close to customers to develop the best automation solution based on their needs. The role combines technology, business, and relationships, with significant personal responsibility and freedom to plan your workday and week.
The role involves working with both existing customers and new customer acquisition in the Swedish market. With a high level of service and strong customer focus, long-term business is driven, often with long sales cycles where trust and technical understanding are crucial.
You will closely collaborate with colleagues in production, engineering, and support in Värnamo and be part of a sales team where knowledge sharing and collaboration are central.
Job Description
As a Technical Sales Representative, you are responsible for understanding customer needs, driving technical sales, and presenting solutions that create the most value in the customer's operations. The role requires technical understanding of automation solutions as well as the ability to build long-term relationships in the Swedish market.
Responsibilities
Responsible for technical sales of automation solutions to the plastics industry in Sweden
Build, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships
Identify business opportunities in dialogue with customers and propose the right technical solution
Plan and conduct customer visits (approximately 3 days per week at customer sites)
Participate in customer activities, trade shows, and events in Sweden and occasionally internationally
Work structured in the CRM system (Lime)
Collaborate with internal functions to ensure high quality in delivery
Example of a work week
Monday & Friday: Office in Värnamo (planning, follow-up, internal meetings)
Tuesday–Thursday: Customer visits around Sweden
Your profile
Wemo Automation is looking for a person with a technical background and an interest in sales, who thrives with freedom under responsibility and wants to work long-term with customer relationships.
Technical education or equivalent technical experience
Several years of experience in the plastics industry and a good understanding of the injection molding process
Experience in technical sales or project sales is an advantage but not a requirement

Structured, responsible, and analytical
Enjoys planning and executing work independently
Good collaboration skills and a clear team player
Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

You will also have the opportunity to participate in a 1-year sales training with Mikael Arndt, including 25 diploma courses in sales and live lectures every week. You also have the chance to participate in Sweden's largest sales event at Oscarsteatern and a 2-day sales training in Stockholm for further development in sales and business acumen.
